Brussels, 22/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - European Industry Commissioner Günter Verheugen who, on Thursday 22 October, presented progress made in implementing the programme aimed at a 25% reduction in administrative costs imposed on EU businesses by EU legislation by 2012, called on EU member states and the European Parliament to approve the latest measures put forward by the Commission for completing its programme proposed in 2007.
