30/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 29 September, the European Commission granted clearance to the proposed joint venture between TNT Post Holding Deutschland GmbH (TNT Deutschland) of Germany, belonging to the Dutch group TNT N.V. (the Netherlands), and Georg von Holtzbrinck GmbH & Co. KG (Holtzbrinck) of Germany. TNT Deutschland provides mail delivery services.
