Brussels, 24/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - The Committee of Agricultural Organisations in the EU (COPA) and the General Committee of Agricultural Cooperatives in the EU (COGECA) are not at all happy with the political agreement reached by the Council on 20 November on the common agricultural policy (CAP) health review. The two organisations are “very disappointed” and consider that the measures decided will, in short, “weaken” farmers' incomes.
