24/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 24 November, the European Commission granted clearance under the EU Merger Regulation to the acquisition of sole control of PC-Ware Information Technologies AG (PC-Ware) of Germany by Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH
(Raiffeisen Informatik) of Austria. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (L.C./transl.jl)
