Brussels, 20/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - How can street children be made a thing of the past by 2015? To discuss this issue, the European Federation for Street Children (EFSC) and the Instituto de Apoio à Criança (IAC, Portugal) held a conference in Lisbon on 6-7 October on the theme of “Street children as a challenge to social policies and the renewed Lisbon strategy: the role of civil society as a catalyst for the social inclusion process for children at high risk and street children”....
