Brussels, 20/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 20 October, Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs visited two successful demonstration projects near the southern Spanish city of Seville. With a capacity of 11MW, PS10 generates more than 23 GWh/year of electricity by means of reflective heliostats (mirrors).
