19/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 18 September, the European Commission approved the joint venture between CLM Coils Lamiere Nastri SpA (“CLN”) of Italy and Wagon plc of the UK. The joint venture, WM Srl will develop, produce and sell roll-formed steel beams for commercial vehicles and lorry chassis. (L.C./transl.rt)
