European efforts on financial stability on track says Economic and Financial Committee

Brussels, 19/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - The Economic and Financial Committee (EFC) presented a report at the start of September on progress in European efforts on financial stability. This report formed the basis of discussions by European Finance Ministers meeting informally in Nice on 12-13 September (see EUROPE 9739 and 9740).
