Brussels, 05/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission adopted a decision on Wednesday 5 March finding that Greece has infringed certain provisions of the EC Treaty by maintaining rights giving the state electricity provider, Public Power Corporation (PPC), quasi-exclusive access to lignite.
