Brussels, 05/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - The Slovenian minister for the economy and president of the Energy Council, Andrej Vizjak, and the energy commissioner, Andris Piebalgs, called for a “determined effort” from Kiev and Moscow on Tuesday 4 March to resolve the commercial dispute between the Russian company Gazprom and the Ukrainian company Naftogaz.
