05/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - Algeria and the European Commission, represented by Benita Ferrero-Waldner, currently visiting Algiers, have signed a financing agreement for €40 million focusing on support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and exploitation of new information and communication technology (NCIT).
