30/05/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission on Wednesday gave the go-ahead to the projected merger whereby Swedish company Atlas Copco AB will acquire control of another Swedish firm, Dynapac, through a share purchase. Atlas Copco operates in the industrial solution provision sector, and Dynapac produces and distributes paving and compacting equipment. The Commission also approved the merger project whereby British enterprise 3i Group plc will acquire control of the German company...
