Failure at Council following Dutch refusal to vote for portability of supplementary pension rights

Brussels, 30/05/2007 (Agence Europe) - As expected, the Netherlands stuck firmly to its position in voting against the German presidency compromise on the draft directive on the portability of supplementary pension rights (see EUROPE 9434).
