Strasbourg, 26/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Parliament debated the political crisis in Ukraine. President Yushchenko's decision to hold fresh elections, and the verdict of the constitutional court on the legality of this decision, will be closely monitored by the Council, said German Secretary of State for European Affairs Günter Gloser on behalf of the presidency of the EU.
