26/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 25 April, the European Commission authorised the Slovenian 'feed-in' tariffs for so-called 'green' electricity from renewable sources and efficient combined heat and power installations, and for security of electricity supply. This decision closes an in-depth enquiry that the Commission launched on 2 February 2005. It retroactively authorises support measures contained in the Slovenian Electricity Act. (cd)
