26/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has formally taken note of the agreement by Poland to put an end to the unlimited state guarantee currently enjoyed by the Polish Post Office (Poczta Polska) by 30 June 2008. This unlimited state guarantee distorts competition in the postal services market.
