21/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 20 March, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of Arcelor SSC Slovakia s.r.o (ASSC Slovakia) by Holding Gonvarri S.L. (Gonvarri) of Spain and Arcelor Steel Service Centres SaS (ASSC) of France. The Commission also cleared the acquisition of sole control of CapitalLeben Versicherung AG (CapitalLeben) of Liechtenstein by Swiss Life Holding AG (SwissLife) of Switzerland.
