Brussels, 07/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Commission may adopt a decision next week stating that Berne is not fulfilling all of its obligations under the free trade agreement concluded in 1972 between the EU and Switzerland. Supported by countries such as France and Germany, it could ask the Council for a negotiating mandate to invite the Swiss authorities to put an end to tax arrangements which is says are incompatible with the 1972 agreement.
