Brussels, 07/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - During his official visit to Bulgaria on 1 and 2 February, the president of the Committee of the Regions (CoR), Michel Delebarre, discussed with the Bulgarian prime minister, Sergey Stanishev, how to get the Constitutional Treaty out of the current deadlock, and the next European elections.
