Brussels, 19/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 18 October, the Commission decided to initiate legal proceedings with the European Court of Justice against Germany for failing to bring its legislation on medical supplies for hospitals into line with EU rules on the free movement of goods.
