19/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its clearance to the joint proposal by Walter Frey Holding AG of Switzerland and Mitsubishi Motors Europe BV of the Netherlands to acquire joint control of MME Vertribsgesellschaft Schweiz AG. The latter is active in the distribution and sale of Mitsubishi cars in Switzerland and in Liechtenstein. The deal was reviewed according to simplified procedure. (ab)
