France's VILMORIN has signed a deal with Danish seed company DLF to sell the former's grass and hay business (annual turnover of some EUR 15 mil). Vilmorin will also sell DLF its share in TOP GREEN, one of the big players in professional lawns in Europe, with annual sales of EUR 15 mil. VILMORIN will buy the cereal business of INNOSEEDS, a DLF subsidiary, with annual sales of EUR 16 mil, boosting Vilmorin's leading position on this market.
