Brussels, 04/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 29 August the Commission adopted a decision on sharing out among Member States the sums saved from compulsory reductions in direct aid for the period 2006 to 2012. France, with €2.78 billion over this period, will receive most, followed by Spain (1.4 billion). The decision is published in the Official journal L 240 of 2 September.
