04/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission the green light to the proposal by General Electric, the Credit Suisse Group and Global Infrastructure Management Participation LLC of the US to set up a joint company, Global Infrastructure Management which will provide services to investors. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
