04/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - “I believe that a common foreign policy could be good for Europe and the world, but, for it to be serious, Europe must be stronger. Stronger too on the military level, and it should have its own credible militarty force,” Polish Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski said on 1st September in an interview with EuroNews. The Polish head of government added, “This is a problem to be resolved in the future; I can see that in a few years hence we will not have made much progress. But this perspective has to be put in place so that the European Union can become a equal partner with the United States and China … That is the European Union I am hoping for”.
