04/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the proposed acquisition by American company Morgan Stanley Real Estate International Funding and Intercontinental Hotel Group PLC of the UK of a portfolio of seven hotels in the EU. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
