Lappeenranta, 04/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - During their informal meeting in Lappeenranta this weekend (see other articles in EUROPE 9256 and in this edition), EU foreign ministers entrusted Javier Solana, EU High Representative for CFSP, with the task of “clarifying” certain elements of the Iranian response to the western offer on the nuclear issue. Tehran's response reached the six international mediators (five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) end August....
