Brussels, 25/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - In a recent letter to the President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso regarding the Viking case, currently before the European Court of Justice (ECJ), the Secretary General of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) John Monks calls for “a balanced approach” between the EU's social and economic objectives from the Commission in its submission to the Court.
