Brussels, 25/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The EU25's justice and interior ministers will be meeting up in Luxembourg on 27 and 28 April at the Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) Council, where they are expected to reach agreement on increasing the cost of visas for people from outside the EU and also on the draft Rome II Regulation.
