Brussels, 25/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 26 April, a delegation of the Presidents of 15 regions of France will be in Brussels to argue the case of decentralising the management of EU Structural Funds for France to the regions, following the French government's recent refusal to allow regions to manage EU funding.
