Infringement procedure against Spain, France and Greece regarding professional qualifications

Brussels, 20/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to pursue infringement procedures against Spain, France and Greece to correct breaches of EU law on professional qualifications. Spain's refusal to recognise Italian engineering qualifications means action will be taken against it before the Court of Justice. France will receive a letter of formal notice calling for full information on its execution of a European Court judgement requiring it to implement EU rules on...
