Pharmaceutical firm Artegodan seeks damages for illegal removal of its anti-obesity medicine Tenuate retard

Luxemburg, 28/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - At the EU Court of First Instance, the Artegodan company from Lüchow in Germany is seeking damages of almost 1.5 million euro from the European Commission following the removal from the market, which the European Court of Justice found illegal, of its anti-obesity medicine, Tenuate retard.
