GENERAL NEWS / (eu) security

American HONEYWELL is to acquire GARDINER GROUPE EUROPE (turnover around EUR 220 million in 2005), specialised in security material, to the capital investment company, ELECTRA PARTNERS EUROPE. GARDINER GROUPE EUROPE, the European leader for security material distribution, videosurveillance, access control and fire-fighting, will be integrated into ADI, the European distributor for HONEYWELL's security products.
