The Spanish gas group GAS NATURAL is said to be preparing to raise its hostile bid on ENDESA, currently at 21.30 euros per share, in order to counter a rival bid from German E.ON (27.50 euros per share or a total amount of EUR 29.1 billion). The Spanish press cites amounts ranging from 28 euros to 30 euros per share.
