28/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to the German IT service provider T-systems, which is owned by Deutsche Telekom, to acquire German IT service provider Gedas AG. Gedas AG, part of the Volkswagen group is active in the same field. The Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition.
