28/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - Luxembourg's Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker is to receive Alvaro Gil-Robles, Human Rights Commissioner of the Council of Europe, in Luxembourg on 1 March, as well as his successor, Thomas Hammarberg. The exchange of views will focus on the report on relations between the Council of Europe and the European Union that Jean-Claude Juncker is drafting (see EUROPE 9140).
