Brussels, 05/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 5 October, the European Commission adopted a Communication to the Council and the European Parliament “EU-Palestinian cooperation beyond disengagement - towards a two-state solution”, prepared by Benita Ferrero-Waldner.
