05/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of Corman Miloko Limited of Ireland by Glanbia Consumer Foods Limited (Glanbia CF) of Ireland and Corman S.A. of Belgium. Corman Miloko will produce and sell dairy products. The deal was examined using the simplified merger control procedure.
