Brussels, 16/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - Upon an invitation from the EP's constitutional committee during the debate on the Duff-Voggenhuber report on the period that should be set aside for reflection after the process for ratification of the European Constitution had been interrupted, Irish Senator Maurice Hayes, President of the National Forum of Europe, explained the positive impact of the “experiment on participative democracy”, allowing creation of the forum in Europe in October 2001...
