16/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Paris court of appeal fined French Green MEP Jean-Luc Bennahmias EUR 1500 on 13 September for complicity to encourage the use of drugs. The former national secretary of the French Green party was taken to court as the organiser of the August 1999 Green Summer School where cannabis-based products were on sale.
