16/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's Intergroup URBAN-Housing will be spending all its 29 September meeting in Strasbourg on housing in the EU. Belgian Socialist Alain Hutchinson will suggest the adoption of a European Housing Charter. Jerome Vignon, Director of Employment and Social Affairs at the European Commission, will discuss the EU's housing in the field of services of general social interest.
