16/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The British Presidency has announced that the informal summit at Hampton Court Palace will be preceded, on 24 October, by a tripartite social summit, jointly chaired by the current president of the European Council, Tony Blair, and by the president of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso.
