Reasoned opinions against five Member States on registration certificates

Brussels, 11/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has sent reasoned opinions to Denmark, Luxembourg, Portugal, Cyprus and the Czech Republic for failure to transpose the directive on vehicle registration papers (Council Directive 1999/37/EC of 29 April 1999), now that the deadline of 1 June is past.
