11/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the following deals using its simplified procedure: - acquisition of 3 British car companies, Hyundai Car (UK) Limited (HCUK), Hyundai Car Sales Limited (HCS) and MSS Automotive Services (MSS) by Korean company Hyundai Motor Company (HMC); - acquisition of Giochi Preziosi by 3i and Fingiochi: Giochi Preziosi sells toys retail and wholesale in Italy. 3i is an international risk capital company. Before the deal, Fingiochi was Giochi Preziosi's main shareholder. None of the deals raise competition concerns.
