Brussels, 11/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - Luxembourg has become the 13th country to approve the European constitution following 56.52% of the 223,000 voters in the Grand Duchy saying “yes” to the text in Sunday's referendum. Prim Minister Jean-Claude Juncker had warned that he would resign in the event of failure and was obviously delighted with the clear vote in favour which he believed “allows us to keep the constitutional treaty on the EU's agenda”.
