29/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to plans by the German company EHA Energie-Handels GmbH & Co and the Austrian company REWE Austria AG to take joint ownership of EHA Austria. The new entity will be active in such fields as the distribution of gas and electricity in Austria. This operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
