29/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the plans of the Dutch companies Oranje Nassau B.V. (ONG), which is a subsidiary of the French investment company Wendel, and SHV Holdings to take joint ownership of British petroleum exploration and production company Edinburgh Oil & Gas PLC. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
