Energy performance certificates for Berlaymont: Commission hopes to set in example on energy efficiency in public buildings

Brussels, 24/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - On the day the Commission adopted its Green Paper on energy efficiency (EUROPE 8975), a group of experts from the Member State awarded Commissioner for Industry Andris Piebalgs with the energy performance certificates for the headquarters of the Commission, the Berlaymont building.
