Brussels, 24/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - “To date we have no reason to believe that the Commission officials are guilty or implicated in any insider dealing in this affair”, the spokesperson for competition told the press on Friday on the subject of the inquiry conducted by the Autorité des marches financiers (AMF) in France on the concentration between Péchiney and Alcan.
