24/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission, the Spanish Foreign Minister and the European Parliament are to hold, on 30 June and 1 July in Madrid, a seminar on the theme: “Europe and the Mediterranean - outlook for 2010”. European Commissioners Benita Ferrero-Waldner and Joaquin Almunia are expected to attend. Themes covered will include: regional cooperation, investment, neighbourhood policy, the MEDA programme and participation by the civil society.
